Yes. The rooftop is equipped with heat lamps, so winter and holiday events stay comfortable well after sunset.
What's the maximum capacity?
A full rooftop buyout comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests.
Do you work with our budget?
Yes. We offer tiered per-person group menus, midweek and early-evening rates, and beer-and-wine-only bar packages to keep rooftop dining budget-friendly.
Can we customize cocktails?
Absolutely. Our bar team will build a seasonal signature cocktail menu around your event, including mocktails.
Can we schedule our holiday party around sunset?
Absolutely! Birdseye Rooftop offers beautiful ocean and sunset views, making golden hour a popular time for holiday gatherings. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
What's the minimum guest count for group dining?
Group dining packages start at 8 guests. Full rooftop buyouts are available starting at 20 guests.
Can we book a full holiday buyout?
Yes. December and New Year’s Eve buyouts give you exclusive access to the entire rooftop. These dates book early — reach out as soon as you have a window in mind.
Is there a food and beverage minimum?
Seasonal food and beverage minimums apply and vary by date, time, and group size. Holiday dates carry their own minimums — our events team will confirm exact figures.
Do you allow DJs?
Yes, DJs are welcome. Our AV setup supports outside sound and lighting vendors within building sound guidelines.The DJ stops after 3pm.
